My favourite restaurant of all time is Kamphet Thai. This restaurant is located in Genk. This place is in my top three because of their delicious oriental food, inspired by the country of the smiles, Thailand. They have various menu’s so you can choose from the range of flavors that the Thai kitchen has to offer. They offer both vegetarian and meat dishes, this reastaurant has something for every taste.
Moreover, besides the fantastic food. The place is beautifully decorated. When you walk in, it’s like you enter another world. It has a luxurious wallpaper with a touch of gold. The chandeliers on the seiling are with (fake) diamonds. It literally teleports you to Thailand the moment you walk through the door.
The staff is incredibly friendly. Upon arrival they personally lead you all the way to your table. The waiters are very helpful and serve your food as fast as they can. Last time I went there was for my dads birthday and as the traditions is, they gave him free dessert with some candles on top.
Because of all the reasons said above, i highly recommend going to Kamphet Thai!
